Dear All,
 
I would like to load a single .nii file containing 200 different ROI-clusters (each voxel labelled 1-200 to indicate the cluster it belongs to).
To load these 200 ROIs in conn, I selected this .nii file for each subject and ticked the box 'multiple ROIs'.
However, when performing setup and preprocessing, the specified clusters in the .nii file are treated as one single ROI (instead of 200). I'm not sure what is going wrong. Are there any instructions for constructing the .nii containing multiple ROIs that I should take care of?
