Dear Alaerts,
Based on what I know, each of your 200 ROIs in the .nii file should has a different intensity(e.g. intensities from 1 to 200). And there should be a .txt file (same name as the .nii file in the same folder) includes all the 200 ROIs' names, each ROI name for 1 row without header.
