Hi Alfonso,
Sorry for disturbing you. This was my first attempt with the toolbox.
Today, when I tried to reproduce all the steps, I realised that something was wrong with the 3D 4D conversion.
The assumed 4D files contained only one image so the conn-toolbox could only find one.
Now everything seems to work fine.
