Hey Kaitlin,
I'm not sure about numerical beta values. Have you tried exploring the other folders/.mat files? The DATA .mat file within the Data folder seems to provide some sort of matrix which might be connectivity values. There's also the ROI .mat files which seem to provide a single column of values, which might be beta values...
