paired t-tests
I am attempting to run a paired t-test to assess intrinsic
connectivity on the same individuals pre and post intervention.
In the CONN Gui I have:
Specified 2 sessions for each subject; however, I cannot figure out how to label the sessions as pre and post. Currently I have one condition "Rest" for all subjects and all sessions and two first-level covariates "Pre" and "Post". I originally attempted to create "Pre" and "Post" as 2nd level Covariates but the gui will only allow me to assign one value for each subject not for each session.
Where am I going wrong?
