Hi David,

In CONN you specify 'Pre' and 'Post' as two Conditions (in Setup.Conditions), and there is where you associate the first session data with your "pre" condition, and the second session data with your "post" condition. 

Please see this post (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...) for specific instructions on how to do exactly this.
