don't need "dmn" or "atlas" as ROIs
Hi experts,
I didn't notice "dmn" and "atlas" was set as default ROIs in CONN15 (which I might not need) until finish running first-level analysis. In this case, do I have to remove them in "setup" and rerun everything from "setup" onward (or from first-level picking sources onward)? Or, I just don't select them in second-level contrast defining without the need to rerun the previous steps? Much appreciated for your kind response!
