Task-based setup
Hi Alfonso:
I am hoping to set up a task-based analysis with 2 states (blocks) 64 seconds each, effective TR=8 sec (this was a combined BOLD/ASL sequence). Total scan time 10 min 48 sec. The manual describes briefly how to do this but there is unfortunately no example provided (the one shown is for resting state) and I want to make sure that I am setting this up properly. In conditions, I define 2 conditions, the first onset t=0, duration 64, then the second onset t=64, duration 64. Do I need to list all 5 cycles of conditions (10 total blocks) or are these 2 sufficient?
Thank you as always for your guidance and all best,
John
