Hi John,

You do need to list all of the block onsets (not just the first), so in 'onsets' enter [0 128 256 384 512] (or 0:128:512) for the first condition and [64 192 320 448 576] (or 64:128:576) for the second condition. You can leave the durations to just 64 since all of your blocks have the same duration (if they had different durations you would list there the duration of each individual block instead)
