RE: using ART with slice timing corrected files
I have realized the error of my ways with regard to specifying the between group contrast and wanted to post. Under 'subject effects' in the 'second level results' tab, I simply did not right click on the between-subjects contrast box after highlighting patients and controls. This then allows the user to specify the between subjects contrast 'patients > controls' or 'controls > patients'.

Also, now I am able to see my contrast display properly in SPM after clicking 'spm display'.

I am now trying to extract the connectivity values (seed to voxel whole brain) for the former analyses so I can correlate these with scores from a behavioral measure. I understand that I can write these values to a text file by selecting 'enable REX gui' under 'display values', and then 'save REX and output files'. I have chosen to extract the mean values for each subject which I plan to correlate with the behavioral scores, does this sound correct?

Thanks!!
