RE: Graph Theory Results Error
Hi Stephen,

Thanks for reporting this. Sorry I do not seem able to replicate this issue so far. As far as I can tell this error message is related to Matlab loosing focus on the graph-results window (e.g. if the user clicks elsewhere) while still plotting the results. Could you please try the attached patch and let me know whether you are still able to replicate this problem using this version? (this patch is for release 15f and it should avoid any such window-focus related issues; to install the patch simply copy this file to the conn distribution folder overwriting the file with the same name there)

Thanks
Alfonso

I am able to reproduce the error when I choose for my contrast non-consecutive subject effects (e.g. SE1 and SE5), select a main effect for one of them ([0 1]), and open the graph theory explorer. However, if I select consecutive effects (SE1 - SE5) and select the same main effect ([0 0 0 0 1]), the explorer will load correctly.
