Merge single subjects into one project
Hello,
I am having trouble using the merge function in the GUI. I processed each subject by themselves with a batch script so I could use the cluster computing my university has, so I have a conn_.mat file for each subject, but when I try to merge the subjects into a single project for use with second level analysis, the merge function does not work. Specifically, when it is searching for files to add in the folder explorer, no files actually appear, even with the filter turned off. Only folders appear. I am wondering if anyone else has seen this issue or anything like it. I am using CONN v15. Thanks!
