Hi Noah,
This is likely a variation of the issue discussed in this thread (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...) where your conn project includes a reference to a explicit mask file that is no longer available. If I recall correctly the latest 15g patch in this other thread (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...) did also include a fix for these sort of different-version folder issues (it will detect and fix these issues automatically when loading your conn project). Alternatively, you may simply manually fix this by going to the Setup.Options tab, selecting the 'explicit masking' option and re-selecting the mask.volume.brainmask.nii file (now located in the .../conn15g/conn/utils/surf/ folder).
Let me know if that seems to fix this issue
