A reviewer had asked for a citation for the default band pass filter range in version 14p (0.008 – 0.09 Hz). Would there be any we could tell him/her? I know it's not much different from others, e.g., .009-.08 and .01-.10.  Was 0.008 chosen perhaps because 0.0083 had been suggested to be a standard (Ashby, 2011)? I've been looking for a rationale for the upper end, 0.09, and wasn't sure.
