I am encountering exactly the same bug as mentioned by Maggie above, using Conn 15.h. I assume the problem stems from the fact that I am attempting to process a fairly large dataset of 69 subjects.
The problem persists even when the 'voxel to voxel' flag is turned off.
I noticed on a different thread (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?...), you mention some easy-to-change flags in the conn_process.m code that implement an alternative 'low-memory-load' version of this step. Could you please advise?
