Hi Richard,

Thanks for reporting this, I am not sure though this is a memory-related issue (the warning messages in the previous post are java/GUI related). If you could please send me a more detailed report on the specific error messages that you observe, and ideally also attach you conn_*.mat file, I will be happy to take a closer look to see if I can figure out the issue here.
