RE: conn_batch how to do all 1st-level analyses
Found this in the conn_batch manual:
So it seems that CONN can only do one type of analysis at a time. Is there a way to programmatically do all the other? Eg, relaunching conn_batch but for the other analyses?
Corollary question: is Dynamic FC scriptable using conn_batch or not yet? (didn't see anything to configure it).
BATCH.Analysis.analysis_number
Description: This field must be set to zero for voxel-to-voxel analyses (unless the
BATCH.Analysis.measures field is defined, which would also uniquely identify this instance of
BATCH.Analysis as voxel-to-voxel analysis as well).
