I checked the sourcecode, I am executing conn_process('analysis'), just like Run > CONN processing, so it should run all analyses. And it seems it does, reading from the log. However, if I try to open second-level ROI-to-ROI or Seed-to-Voxel, CONN gui asks me to first run the first-level analysis (but for Voxel-to-Voxel it's ok).

If I remove the BATCH.Analysis.measures field, it's the other way around: second-level ROI-to-ROI and Seed-to-Voxel are accessible, but second-level Voxel-to-Voxel asks me to first run the first-level analysis.

And for Dynamic FC, it's simply never done using conn_batch, even if I have set CONN_x.Setup.analyses=1:4;

Is this a bug of CONN?
