RE: false positives cluster level of inference
Is there an FAQ that describes the output from a non-parametric
analysis. I do not understand why there are two different
sections of statistics. size, and mass with both having FWE FDR and
uncorrected p's. Additionally, I am uncertain what to report
from this analysis. Would you just report your uncorrected p
after running non-parametric stats?
Any guidance would be appreciated. I am trying to get a jump on the reverberations from the Eklund article but feel grossly uneducated in non-parametric stats.
Sincerely,
David
