Jurmping in hoping to get some help..
In the current version of CONN, I used Z=3 and a correction of 1.5 (a reviewer is concerned about head motion greater than 1,5 mm).
Strangely, some of the files automatically created for the scrubbing covariate are missing which triggers an error
when running fist level analysis?
Any idea of what's going on?
