Surface ROIs
Dear Community,
I seek your help with advice on converting a FreeSurfer overlay into surface-based ROIs usable by CONN for an analysis of resting-state.
What I have right now is a surface overlay file (.mgz) per subject where vertices hold values between 0 and 90.
Optimally, I would like to create ROIs from different value subjects (say 5-20) to import to CONN.
Maybe this forum is not the best place to post this request, but I figured that since CONN be will the user of these ROIs - probably someone here will know.
Your help is appreciated.
