We have just completed a seed (6 ROI regions) to voxel analysis in Conn and currently at the second-level analysis. This is a resting state study. We have three patient groups and would like to know:
1) If there are any connectivity patterns that are similar across the three groups – looking for common mechanism underlying all three disorders,
2) If these common FCs are correlated with specific symptoms (eg. Set shifting).

Could you please let us know which tools (results explorer, calculator, etc..) and what contrasts to use to answer these questions? Many many thanks for your help.
