Thanks for your reply, I have another question pertaining to same topic, I have even performed ROI-ROI study  using Juelich Atlas for same two seeds and did Group comparison using 2 different contrasts ( HC ( healthy controls ) > Patients  ) ( Patients > HC ) , basically a two sample T test for Group comparison . Results for both seed values for the contrast ( Patients > HC ) are annexed in the picture below ).

Could you please let know how i could evaluate average connectivity between different ROI's in this case, Also i would like to know , what exactly the variable " intensity " indicates in the results section , is it intensity of connectivity from the seed to Different ROI's, what can i infer from this.

Also from this results for the contrast ( Patients > HC ), is the average connectivity higher in Patients compared to Healthy controls ?.
