Hi, 
we would like to use CONN for newborn RS analysis, by using a costomized template based on the newborn study group itself.
I have two questions:

1) We could not find in the CONN interface (v17e) how to provide the software with our customized reference template to perform pre-processing steps etc.: We read from this forum that it may be done manually (http://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?m...). Is there a quickier way to do so using gui? Is it planned to include this in the gui in the future releases?

2) Would the default ROIs provided with CONN (e.g. networks, BA labels, etc) be automatically transformed into the custom template space so that they may be readily employed, or should this procedure be done separately?
