Hello

I am trying to test analyzing the HCP data using CONN. However, when downloading the HCP data it comes with for example rest 1 and rest 2 and some files called PA and some AP. I think this is to do with the way the data acquired. 

Do I have to do some analysis with these before using conn? or can I use the PA ones only?
