Hi Amir,
That is a good point, you are right that all files named nifti*.nii can be safely disregarded/deleted, as those are optional files only created when checking in Setup.Options the field 'create confound-corrected timeseries' and meant for exporting those denoised timeseries to other software packages (these files are not used by CONN).
