I am also interested in reducing disk use.

I would like some clarifications:

1) What are exactly the name start of the intermediate files that I can remove after the preprocessing because not useful for the denoising, ROI segmentation, 1st level analysis, 2nd level results?

See screenshot attached to see my outputs after the preprocessing (I don't have wardata.nii, swardata.nii, rdata.nii and ardata as you mention in the previous post but I have swaudata.nii, waudata.nii, artdata.nii and so on).

2) For some subjects I have more swau*.nii data and wau*.nii data and so on (i.e. swauswauswauswau*.nii,swauswauswau*.nii). Why? And which one can I remove because redundant?
