Weighted ROI using seed map
Dear Alfonso,
dear CONN community,
for a seed-to-voxel analysis based on Fox et al. (NeuroImage, 2013), I would like to use a second-level connectivity map from a previous analysis as a weighted ROI. The idea is that the extracted time-series from each voxel should not contribute equally to the ROI-level time-series but be weighted by a certain factor based on the corresponding Fisher's z value.
My question is whether I can simply load the connectivity map as a ROI during setup and CONN will interpret this accordingly?
Many thanks!
Clemens
