Dear developer,

I have resting-state fMRI data of 2 sessions, and a separate condition ("session1_rest" & "session2_rest") was set for each session according to previous posts.

Now I want to export the preprocessed and denoised data for each session. However, I found out that the preprocessed data (nifitDATA*.nii) located in "result>preprocessing" directory were a combination of 2 sessions. That is, data of session 1 and 2 were concatenated, resulting in time series double in length. What I want to do is to apply the same preprocessing pipeline on data of each session. So if I simply split the concatenated time series into 2, is it the same as preprocessing data of 2 sessions separately?
