From the previous post here, it seems that splitting the niftiDATA*.nii file into session-specific files is the correct solution, and I understand the reason why CONN applied this strategy. But I still want to know how the concatenation happened. I assume that denoising procedure was completed separately for each session, and then the resultant residuals and regression coefficients were concatenated. Is that right?
