I have used conn v19c to pre-process and analyse a dataset. I now want to reanalyse the same dataset using different smoothing parameters. Is it possible to use the previously created field map files instead of getting conn to create new ones again? The previously created field map files are .nii files with the prefix 'vdm5_sc'.

I have loaded the vdm files as a secondary dataset in the functional setup step. Would I then omit the step that creates vdm files from the preprocessing pipeline? Or leave it in?
