RE: Starting with this project
Hi Carolina,
Sorry you're having problems with getting started with the project. I'm guessing it might take e few steps to get you going. First of all, the VM.000.006 link on http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi... Is it possible that you are not logged in into your nitrc account when you click download? So open your browser, login into nitrc and then navigate the the above page and try again.
http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index... --> after you have downloaded the VM, you should be able to follow these instructions. Also, download a dataset of your choice (DICOM or NIFTI) to go along with it.
KEEP in mind that the LITE releases do not use XNAT or the VM at all, so if that doesn't work out for you, you can still get the data that way.
http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index... --> this page explains how to use the processing scripts that you can find on the connectomes website. They can be used once you have your data organized.
Hope this already helps a bit, please do not hesitate to come back to the forums if you get stuck somewhere!
Best,
Maarten
