I finished to process all my data with the three different methods, and now I would like to interprete my results, I read the papers related to this, from Biswal, Fox and Zuo. But still I'm not sure what to do next. Also I'm trying to visualize the images that result from the differents methods (i.e. seed) but I'm not sure if I have to change some parameters to visualize them correctly for example the look up table or adjusting brightness and contrast or for example if I have to overlay with an structural image.
