Hi,

This is the first time I am using CONN for the rsfMRI data analyses. My target is to generate a functional connectivity matrix containing correlation value between ROI-to-ROI.

My rsfMRI image volumes, anatomical image, as well as the atlas were co-registered using SPM and then I used these preprocessed data for SBC analyses. Just to check the pipeline working properly, I included only one subject and executed 1st-level SBC analyses. There were in total 80 brain regions coregistered into rsfMRI space. But when I select any region for ROI-to-ROI analyses (from 1st-level analyses tab), I get the following error message:
