RE: contents of PEAKS.mat file
Dear Tamir
The coordinates output by conn_peaks are simply sorted in descending order of voxel-level T/F statistics. Sorry CONN focuses on cluster-level and does not implement any form of peak-level inferences, so there are no associated peak-level stats or p- values beyond those available at the voxel-level (i.e. in the results.img or spm_T*.nii files)
Best
Alfonso

Are the coordinates in the PEAKS file arranged according to some criteria? p value/test statistic? and if so, is this information saved in any additional file?
