RE: Second level analysis error: Value should be a finite number greater than 0
You just need to make to files with as many rows as your total number of subjects. In one you have "1" for only control group, and in the other the "1"'s go for the rows that are patient subjects. Please note that the order of "1" and "0" in each file should be identical to how you have initially loaded all the subjects. Hope this is clear enough and helpful.
