Sorry I do not quite understand your question, could you please clarify what the p-value.mat files are? (I do not recognize the ROI1 p, RRC p, RRC P nomenclature, it may refer to ROI-level stats, vs. uncorrected connection-level stats, vs. corrected connection-level stats?)
