Hello,

I have done an ROI to ROI bivariate correlation on resting state data using the default CONN atlas (132 x 132). At the second-level, I get an ROI matrix of this, but it is randomly sorted.

I am trying to get 2nd-level ROI matrices that are "sorted" by atlas group. In the 2nd level results tab I can order the visual results to this (by selecting 'ROIs sorted using CONN atlas apriori order/group'), but I cannot seem to extract the corresponding .mat file. There is a button that says 'Save ROI order/group to file' but it does not give me the 132x132 matrix.

Is there a way to do this? If yes, can you walk me through it?
