RE: Extract Sorted 2nd Level ROI-ROI Matrix
Hi Spencer,
Clicking on the 'export mask' button will save a 2D NIFTI file containing the 132x132 matrix of T/F/ statistics associated with each (suprathreshold) connection, in the same order as they appear in the GUI. You may read the data in that file using a syntax like:
[stats, roinames] = conn_mtx_read( '/my2ndlevelfolder/results.nii');
Hope this helps
Alfonso

I am trying to get 2nd-level ROI matrices that are "sorted" by atlas group. In the 2nd level results tab I can order the visual results to this (by selecting 'ROIs sorted using CONN atlas apriori order/group'), but I cannot seem to extract the corresponding .mat file. There is a button that says 'Save ROI order/group to file' but it does not give me the 132x132 matrix.
Is there a way to do this? If yes, can you walk me through it?
Thank you,
