I am still in the process of working out the methodological approach I will take, but for now, it will be subject-space ROIs (the manually delineated cerebellum dentate nuclei) and whole-brain voxels defined in MNI space (so essentially, a cerebellum to cerebrum connectivity analysis). So, what would you recommend as the best approach? I think, ultimately it is advantageous for several reasons to have all the data in MNI space, and be performing the connectivity analysis in MNI space.
I appreciate your expertise.
