Dear Alfonso,
I have one more question I'm hoping you can answer in regards to the cerebellum ROI analysis I would like to perform in CONN.
I will be performing an ROI analysis of the cerebellum in CONN using a) manually delineated dentate and b) a series of cerebellum seeds in the anterior and posterior lobes of the cerebellum cortex which will be derived from each subject's data based on another analysis that we do prior. We would like to do seed-to-voxel with the whole brain.
The plan is, for both the dentate and cerebellum cortex seeds, to do the entire analysis (time series extraction, functional connectivity analysis) in native space in CONN, but ultimately do our group-level statistical inference in standard (MNI) space.
My question is: can you do the ROI time series extraction and functional connectivity analysis in native space, and THEN normalise the resulting beta/connectivity maps to a group template in CONN?
