Can ROIs in the default CONN atlas be divided along the long axis?
Hi Alfonso,
I am interested in dividing the precentral and postcentral gyri ROI in the default atlas into 5 divisions along the long axis. I was wondering if there is an easy to accomplish this.
I am hoping to accomplish something similar to the result from the fressurfer function "mris_divide_parcellation" (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswik...).
