How CONN reads outlier information from fMRIprep
Dear Alfonso,
I wonder if you could provide some documentations on how CONN reads fmriprep exactly for detecting the outlier scan. I know that fmriprep is using a more strict threshold (FD<0.5) than CONN (FD<0.9) by default, and I would assume that CONN is reading the regressors from fmriprep output. However, it would be extremely helpful to know about where CONN is getting the outlier information and use that to label invalid scans.
Moreover, I wonder if I can let CONN not reading it but use CONN's own threshold when I import fmriprep dataset?
Thank you!
Meishan
