RE: How CONN reads outlier information from fMRIprep
Hi Meishan,
See https://www.nitrc.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=33362 for more details about the information that CONN imports from fMRIPrep (and you may use the 'compute scrubbing' option in Covariate tools. Compute new/derived first-level covariates in the Setup.Covariates (1st-level) tab to recompute the scrubbing covariate using any different set of thresholds)
Best
Alfonso

I wonder if you could provide some documentations on how CONN reads fmriprep exactly for detecting the outlier scan. I know that fmriprep is using a more strict threshold (FD<0.5) than CONN (FD<0.9) by default, and I would assume that CONN is reading the regressors from fmriprep output. However, it would be extremely helpful to know about where CONN is getting the outlier information and use that to label invalid scans.
Moreover, I wonder if I can let CONN not reading it but use CONN's own threshold when I import fmriprep dataset?
Thank you!
Meishan
