thanks for a very informative reply! During the weekend, I had actually a similar idea that it may be due to a wrong order of vectors or rotations stored as degrees. Indeed, my colleague checked his script and found out that it stored degrees instead of radians. I have renamed the files according to your suggestion (to include .deg.txt) and it seems to work now.
