Hello! I'm extracting r-to-z-transformed values from second-level results of a seed-to-voxel post > pre contrast. We have 30 subjects (each with pre and post data), but there are 60 rows of coefficients in each of the results.ROIs.[coord].rex.data.txt files. Do the first 30 rows correspond to the pre condition scans for Subjects 1-30, and the second 30 rows correspond to the post condition scans for Subjects 1-30, or vice versa, or something else entirely? We were expecting 30 rows of coefficients (representing post–pre) for 30 subjects, so we're just a little confused. Also, when we use the plot effects function in the GUI, the REX window says there are 60 files selected next to sources... are these 60 files the pre and post scans for each subject?
