RE: Extracted seed-to-voxel post > pre contrast results
Hi Hannah,
The data will be sorted in the same order as the conditions were defined in your CONN project (i.e. if the condition 'pre' is listed first in the "conditions list" within the results tab GUI, then the 60 rows will correspond to the 30 subjects pre condition scans, followed by the 30 subjects post condition scans).
Hope this helps
Alfonso
ps. in general the order of those extracted values will match the order of the SPM.xY.VY variable in the SPM.mat file within the same folder

there are 60 rows of coefficients in each of the
results.ROIs.[coord].rex.data.txt files. Do the first 30 rows
correspond to the pre condition scans for Subjects 1-30, and the
second 30 rows correspond to the post condition scans for Subjects
1-30, or vice versa, or something else entirely? We were expecting
30 rows of coefficients (representing post–pre) for 30 subjects, so
we're just a little confused. Also, when we use the plot effects
function in the GUI, the REX window says there are 60 files
selected next to sources... are these 60 files the pre and post
scans for each subject?
