Just a quick follow-up. How does one generate QC metrics averaged by condition? For instance, I haver baseline and follow-up scans set-up as conditions and the current QC metrics average across those two timepoints. I'd like to generate mean motion and GS change QC metrics averaged within each timepoint and then add these timepoint-specific QC variables as covariates in models looking at each timepoint separately.
