RE: Calculating mean frame to frame displacement
Dear Joan,
In Setup.Covariates (2nd-level) the variable QC_MeanMotion will already contain the average framewise displacement for each subject (computed only across valid scans)
Best

Dear Alfonso,
I intend on calculating the mean frame to frame displacement (head motion) for each subject. After pre-processing the functional images with CONN, i got several output matlab files such as, art_movement_stats, art_regression_outliers_and_movement, art_regression_timeseries,art_regression_outliers amongst others.
Can you please guide on which specific output can help me calculate this or if its already calculated?
Thanks ahead,
Joan
