RE: incorrect conditions import from BIDS
The numbering of the runs in events.tsv was indeed the problem - solved!
However, what would now be the most convenient way of importing first level nuisance covariates - I have them all in desc_confounds.tsv files generated by fmriprep, but it does not seem to work to import those files?
I also have spm-style noise_regs.mat files, containing a single variable matrix R with one volume per row and one noise regressor per column. Importing this works, but I end up with one covariate containing all the noise regressors (12 HMP, global CSF, and spikes if applicable in my case). Is that a problem?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Lukas
