Thank you very much for your precious time! I'm new to CONN toolbox. Here I've got the already preprocessed rs-fMRI data. I only have the temporal variance under Gordon333 atlas. Would it be possible to import the csv file into CONN, then using CONN for calculate the connectivity and further analysis? Or it need to calculate the matrix first, then doing sone transformation, then import the transformed data into CONN?
